The public installation file is an Android APK for Android 7.0 or later. An iPhone installation file is not currently available.

Wait until the entire APK downloads, then open it. Keep your existing app installed. If it still fails, contact support with the exact installation error, phone model, and app version.

The free plan stores up to 60 stories and allows up to 500 characters per written story. Organization requires at least 50 stories. Books use the text of a completed, saved organization. When AI capacity is unavailable, the book is completed by preserving that organized text; some style options may not apply.

You can add one photo to a new story or when changing its photo. Photos in older stories that already contain several photos are not automatically deleted.

A temporary request limit means the service needs a pause. Follow the waiting message. If the task stops, retry the same selected stories to continue from saved progress.

A request limit means too many requests arrived in a short time. An exhausted quota means your account or the AI service has used its allowed amount. Check the app's specific error and usage information.

The app currently lets you edit a book draft and save a PDF. Printing and delivery are not provided. Review AI-generated content before saving or sharing.

Only stories you choose to share are available to people invited to your family room. Your entire collection is not automatically shared.

Open Profile, then Settings and management in the app. Read the account deletion notice and confirm permanent deletion. Cancel any store subscription separately.
