Delete in the app
Sign in to LumeTrove. Open Profile, then Settings and management. Select account withdrawal, review the items to be deleted, and confirm permanent deletion.
Cancel any paid subscription in Google Play or App Store before closing your account. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Information deleted
Deletion removes your account profile, name, date of birth, profile photo, voice recordings, text stories, AI titles and summaries, organization results, book drafts, user settings, and subscription entitlement links held by LumeTrove. Payment records required by law may be retained separately under store or payment provider policies.
If you cannot use the app
Send a deletion request from your registered email address. We delete the connected account data after verifying your identity. Never send passwords, social login secrets, or payment details.
