1. Information we process
Account information includes your name or display name, email, date of birth, login provider, and provider identifier. Content includes voice recordings, text stories, titles, tags, AI summaries and organization results, and book drafts. Optional information includes a profile photo, biography, app language, and theme.
Service information includes your plan, feature usage, subscription product, status and expiry, and error and security logs. For the free plan, advertising identifiers and interactions are processed according to your consent. We do not collect credit card numbers directly; Google Play, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat process payment information.
2. Why we use it
We use information for registration, sign-in, account protection, support, storing and searching stories, playback, restoration, PDF books, and AI titles, summaries, and organization requested by you. We also check subscriptions and plan limits, provide free-plan advertisements, prevent misuse, and diagnose errors.
3. Retention and deletion
We retain your account and content until you delete them or close your account. Deleted stories may remain in the trash for up to 30 days for restoration, then are permanently deleted with their audio. Account deletion removes stories, AI results, book drafts, profile photos, and voice files. Payment, tax, and dispute records may be retained separately where law or store policies require.
4. Service providers and international processing
Providers may include Supabase for authentication, databases, file storage, and server functions; OpenAI for AI titles, summaries, and organization you request; RevenueCat, Google, and Apple for subscriptions; Google AdMob for advertisements and consent; and Google, Meta, X, and Apple for social sign-in you select.
Provider servers may be outside South Korea. We use encrypted internet connections for transmission. You can choose not to use AI features or optional profile photos.
5. Safeguards and your rights
We apply user-specific access controls and private storage policies, encrypt transmission, and keep server administrator credentials out of the app. You can edit your information in Profile and Settings and delete stories or your account. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restricted processing.
6. Children
LumeTrove is not intended for children under 14 and does not intentionally collect their information without lawful consent from a legal guardian.
