1. Purpose
LumeTrove helps you record life stories in voice and text, organize them, and preserve them as a story book. Legacy features help with recordkeeping and preparation; they do not replace a will, inheritance agreement, or legal advice.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration information and protect your login credentials. Do not use another person's account or bypass security. If you suspect account theft, change your password and contact the team.
3. Your content
You retain rights to stories you write or record. You authorize LumeTrove to store, convert, play, and generate PDFs from content as needed to provide the service. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights, privacy, or the law.
4. AI features
AI results may contain factual or wording errors. Review and edit them before saving or sharing. Do not use AI results to make medical, legal, or financial decisions.
5. Free plans and subscriptions
Free plans have advertisements and feature limits. Warmth, Story, and Legacy are auto-renewing store subscriptions. The purchase screen's store information governs price, tax, billing period, and trials. Subscriptions may renew until you cancel in your store account settings. Refunds follow store policies and applicable law. Deleting your LumeTrove account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
6. Changes and responsibility
Features may change or pause for stability, security, or legal compliance. Material changes are announced in the app or store update notes. Responsibility for events outside reasonable control, such as disasters, network failures, store failures, or external service outages, is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.
